Shearson v. McMahon, 482 U.S. 220 (1987): Successfully briefed and argued this landmark case
before the United States Supreme Court

Rodriquez de Quijas v. Shearson, 490 U.S. 477 (1989): Successfully briefed and argued this landmark case before the United States Supreme Court and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Bird v. Shearson/American Express, 926 F.2d 116 (2d Cir.), cert. denied, 111
S. Ct. 2891 (1991): Successful counsel of record.

Personally handled many of the firm's largest and most significant arbitrations and federal court litigations.
